Mihai “Mike” Vasilica — President & CEO

Mihai “Mike” Vasilica is the Chief Executive Officer of Pro-Care Services. He has over 20 years of healthcare experience running several agencies throughout his career. He has several accreditations from Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation, and is a certified instructor through CPI for Nonviolent Crisis Intervention.

As an immigrant to Canada, Mihai’s passion lies in going above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome, comfortable and taken care of in the individualized ways they want and need, regardless of their background, history and specific circumstances. In his experience, he has been heavily involved with various CFS organizations, as well as several nursing homes, personal care homes and residential care facilities for persons with disabilities, and has accumulated extensive knowledge within these organizations and the communities they’re involved with.

In his free time, Mihai loves to play soccer on a regular basis, experimenting in the kitchen with his second passion of cooking, golfing in the summer and exploring the world with his two young boys, and grown daughter.
